Hi Da Chuch , first you said this problem come when you start using PC for you job , using a keyboard for a PC is like using stick , force the wirst to have a Non natural position can cause problem , forget the bad form of a PC keyboard just put you hand on the place of you keyboard , you will see you hand folow you forearm , 95 % of today keyboard are made stupid , some have understand that ( microsoft , Logitech etc... others don't yet ) , here is some link http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/pr...CONTENTID=6012
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mo...?type=Keyboard
For you mousse try to find one who have more then 3 button , maybe you will find a more easy way for you to use it .
About drumming now , do you play thumb on top ( French grip)or palms flat ( German grip ) ? if you use thumb on top this is a Bad thing , thats what Weckl talk abvout on his DVD , he said some drummer have to go to hospital because of that , use it the more rarely possible .
Last thing did you have a tense grip or relaxed ? , in oters word do you use the Rebound of the stick for let the stick go up or you use you wirst to move up the stick ? if you don't use rebound you have a too tense grip and that ruin you wirst and thumb ( i have this problem as i played like that before )
Hope this help

grip grip grip grip grip grip grip
stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke stroke
It must boil down to these. The computer thing is obviously a problem as well but I bet you'd be amazed at the results you'd find by investigating grip/stroke tendencies.

Wadap Chuch!
I heard from shedder that you actually had the ballz to play on Sunday. Baaaaad man. I guess you like pain in a twisted kinda way. Haha! I'm sure you were a big blessing to those who showed up.
I have a good buddy of mine named Chris. He went to school with me for a quarter as he's now back in Scotland. He's certified in the study of sports medicine and also works with different clients for health and muscular problems. I already told him that you'd be contacting him with your specific scenario. It may also help to include part of this thread so that he can streamline a good solution for ya.

It's great how this board is bringing together all the LA/Cali drummers!
